Role outline:


We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and self-motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the Marketing and Communications team at Health Partners Group.


We are a rapidly growing organisation and are therefore seeking an experienced professional to deliver our internal and go-to-market communications across Health Partners and our sub-brands, such as Psych Health; Hygiene Partners; Health Partners Academy; Changing Health; and Health Partners Foundation.


You will play a crucial role as a pivotal point of contact between key business units, increasing the reach and impact of Health Partners Group through the delivery of high-level and engaging marketing, communications and publicity campaigns, as well as supporting the business objectives as we expand our offering into the ecommerce space.


Working collaboratively with the client services, sales and business development teams to support bids, proposals and presentations as needed; with the service teams to grow and support their offering to clients; with the clinical teams to support communications and collateral as required; with HR to create a calendar of regular engagement and retention activities for our employees; and with Recruitment to promote Health Partners Group as the OH employer of choice.


You will be the champion of our brand and proactively help the business to further develop and implement a formidable communications and engagement strategy to excite and inspire our people and external stakeholders, attract top-quality new recruits across the business and promote our excellent thought leadership within the wider health and wellbeing space.




What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the Health Partners Group brand and increase its visibility.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including websites, social media channels, external reviews, and news/publicity.
  • Develop and implement a customer communications strategy that leverages relationships to showcase projects and drive thought leadership.
  • Manage all business-as-usual internal communication channels and tools to ensure all colleagues are informed of business news, issues, changes, and direction.
  • Develop comprehensive campaigns to promote recruitment efforts and support all clinical training through the Health Partners Academy and company-wide training and development through the L&D platform, Learning Partners.
  • Ensure all communications are delivered as clear, consistent messages across all channels, for all audiences, and are aligned to the strategy and corporate brand.
  • Build a bank of testimonials and case studies to help the Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Support any client marketing and/or communications needs as directed by Client Services to help promote Health Partners Group services within their organizations.
  • Develop and leverage key external relationships, building a broad network with a specific focus on occupational health professionals and organizations.
  • Produce the monthly newsletters and news roundups for staff to keep them informed of company updates and the latest published information relating to occupational health and the services that Health Partners Group provides.


This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) and reports directly to the Managing Director and you will be managing the Marketing Executive role. There may also be required travel to our Uckfield and Solihull offices.




What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or Business
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Certificate/Diploma
  • Strategic marketing experience, especially corporate brand management and digital/social marketing within a B2B setting
  • Experience of writing and producing written corporate communications to a range of targeted audiences
  • Skilled in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud apps designing various digital collateral
  • Experience working in a fast paced organisation, with the ability to adapt as needed in a quickly evolving environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent English writing, editing and speaking skills
  • Marketing experience within a healthcare organisation is desirable




Salary

The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
