One Step are working with a leading solicitor firm based in Somerset. They are looking to expand their team with a Client Assistant.

**A Client Assistant duty would include**:

- Effectively use, maintain and managing the case management system whilst following the firm’s procedures
- Ensuring all appointments and/or meetings are booked in. Attending all meetings and assist with note taking as and when is required
- Provide clerical and administrative support to fee earners, this could be part of a team or individually. Dealing with general administration tasks, for example; photocopying, printing of documents, sorting through post, etc.
- Meeting all deadlines within the specified timeframes

Working days are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
