Our Adviceline (telephone) service is the main point of access for clients, and provides first response to the full range of advice issues. This is a generalist adviser role with great variety, answering initial queries and supplementing existing advice. Advisers will have the ability to help clients warmly and efficiently - advising, referring to other services, or arranging next steps where needed.

This post will provide advice within our general advice service. We would require this post holder to advise around 6 clients per full day (this is an average and we understand that complex clients require a longer advice session, and others a shorter one).

**What we offer**:

- Annual leave - 22 days per year (increasing by one day per year, after 2 years of service, to a maximum 26 days) plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time employees). Plus, a non-contractual additional pro-rata week at Christmas.

**Salary**: £10,500.00-£11,300.00 per year
