Mobile Response Officer

We are currently looking for Mobile Response drivers to join our dedicated team working from our Preston base. This is a rare opportunity as we dont have much turn over in this position.

You will work on a shift pattern including nights and weekends.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Service company sites with monitored visits including key holding, mobile patrols, key holder escorting, lone worker checks & support.
- Open and close sites.
- Site inspections.
- Incident and Alarm Response including full liaison with client, Police, Fire Service and any other authority bodies as necessary.
- Must be able to communicate both written and verbally.
- To ensure all client and company aspects of Health & Safety are identified & adhered to according to legislation.
- To ensure security procedures are conducted and maintained and report and faults or issues in line with company procedures.
- To work closely with the Control Room to ensure all aspects of client and company requirements are fully met.
- To work as part of a team.
- Maintain a professional approach to all tasks in an effort to maintain a professional company image.
- Must hold or obtain a valid Front Line SIA licence (please note, an applicant cannot be employed until a licence has been granted).
- Full Clean UK Drivers Licence.
- Be able to provide a full 5-year work history.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Have good written and communication skills.
- Be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative.
- Be confident and smart in appearance.
- Be able to work flexible hours and take part in a rota system.
- Ensure the company comply at all times with industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise workloads ensuring attention to detail is maintained.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
