**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Stakeholder and Engagement Lead to support the Service Manager and team to increase referrals into the hubs through targeted engagement activity. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with key Stakeholders to support participant referrals to the contract and participant progression whilst on the programme.

**ABOUT YOU**

Excellent communication skills and being able to develop strong working relationships will also be crucial to this role. You will have a passion for working with people with experience of the criminal justice system and/or with other marginalised groups, and a belief that everyone can turn their life around regardless of past or present circumstances. You will have an ability to build rapport, motivate and inspire, and a keen eye for detail.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

In addition to the above, you will:

- Support the Service Manager and Support Workers with delivery, including participant engagement and course delivery.
- Work with Criminal Justice partners and people on Licence or Community Sentence with the Probation Service across London to support and develop the CFO Activity Hubs services.
- Developing and sustaining relationships with Stakeholders to support participant referrals to the contract and participant progression whilst on the programme.

Coordinate participant enrolment and attendance at the Hubs
- Deliver one to one and group interventions, sustaining engagement by providing a positive experience for the service user.
- Accurate and timely recording and updating of CATs+ computerised system required for programme delivery.
- **Other responsibilities than those described above may be required to be undertaken from time to time and will be expected to be performed to as long as it is within the capability and level of the position.**_

**KEY SKILLS**

Essential
- Knowledge of risk assessments and risk management
- Experience of working in the criminal justice sector or welfare to work sector and an understanding of the agencies/processes involved
- Experience of working as part of a multi-functional service delivery team
- Experience working across boundaries to achieve results
- Minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). Or achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at Interview Stage

Desirable
- Experience of working in networking, publicly funded services, or other similar sectors
- Direct previous experience of a similar role (E.g. Partnership Manager, Supply Chain manager, Account Manager or Strategic Stakeholder Engagement roles on publicly funded services
- Technical skills including up to date knowledge of the justice landscape, working knowledge of the reducing reoffending pathways, good knowledge of local partners/stakeholders including but not limited to statutory agencies, community and voluntary sector organisations, GP’s, health workers and other service providers
