**Position Overview**:
As a Promotions and Sales Assistant, you'll leverage your retail background to deliver exceptional customer service, promote brands, and contribute to the growth of our sales initiatives. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while driving promotional and sales activities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on promotions and sales.
- Maintain store standards and visually showcase promotional items.
- Utilise your retail expertise to recommend and display products matching customer needs.
- Handle inquiries, update customers on orders, and manage point-of-sale processes.
- Actively participate in promoting brands and organizing promotional events.
- Stay informed about product information and promotions using online tools.
- Welcome and greet customers, encouraging participation in promotions.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring stock availability.
- Perform end-of-day cleaning duties.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Previous experience in retail, with a passion for promotions and sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-focused with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Basic administration skills.

**Salary**: £29,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
