**Key responsibilities**
- You will ensure that Dentaids’ database is maintained with correct and current information, engaging donors.
- Providing a reception service for telephone callers and visitors
- Updating the Salesforce database with volunteers’ details.
- Working closely with the overseas volunteering trip co-ordinator you will be responsible for dealing with volunteers’ queries, fundraising and payments, organising training days, communicating with teams and helping to promote the charity’s overseas volunteering experiences.
- Raising invoices and processing payments for overseas trips.
- Booking hotels and assisting with travel arrangements.
- Sending acknowledgment and thank you letters.
- Filing, record keeping, postage and general office duties.
- Providing admin support for the UK clinics team.
- Providing admin support for the overseas trips.
- As required attend Dentaid clinics to assist with the smooth running of UK projects. This could include taking medical histories.
- When required represent Dentaid and talk to callers, visitors and others about the charity, its projects and impact.
- When needed support Dentaid’s UK Clinics Manager including arranging and onboarding volunteers for UK projects and inputting information.

**Key skills**

They will have a good working knowledge of MS office with good numeracy skills and the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and learn database input.
- The role would suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills face to face, on the telephone and in writing. The ability to build relationships and a positive attitude and flexible approach will help.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week.

Contract: Maternity cover

**Salary**: £12,600.00-£13,800.00 per year
