Senior Accounts Assistant

Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Senior/ Experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, based at our Head Office in Southampton.

This is a full-time role 09:00 – 17:00 with 45 mins for lunch or Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Oversee Month End Closures, company credit card transactions.

Preparation of VAT Returns and VAT Submissions

Preparation of the Monthly Financial Accounts for various group companies

Year end Accounts Preparation and Audit Queries

Support the finance team when required.

Key Skills/Background:

AAT Qualified

Previous experience in an account’s environment

Friendly and approachable

Possess a good work ethic and be reliable

Able to work under pressure

Comfortable using Excel
