We're seeking a seasoned Head of Compliance & Risk to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about compliance, well-versed in regulatory frameworks, and eager to play a pivotal role in a high-potential fintech venture, this is your chance to make a mark.

At the forefront of asset-backed lending and consumer credit, our fintech startup is disrupting traditional models. We're driven by a vision to revolutionise lending practices through innovation, technology, and a commitment to compliance.
- You have previously held a SMF16 or SMF17 role or have significant experience as a deputy to a role-holder
- You have consumer credit experience
- You have an understanding of the UK financial advice
- You have the gravitas and credibility to hold senior leadership to account and ensure that good solid risk principles are embedded and adhered to throughout all levels of the organisation.
