We are looking to appoint a dynamic, forward thinking and creative individual to our newly established Transformation Team. Our role is to lead transformation and innovation across the organisation and enabling our services to the provide the best possible care.

This is a key role working with the transformation team and wider across the organisation providing effective and efficient support across the transformation programme. On a typical day this may include the collation and presentation of a dataset to support the identification of improvements, the planning and administration of a service improvement engagement session, writing up and drafting of the outputs from a process mapping session.

This role will also have the responsibility to support the programme and project delivery andcoordinating the project/programme governance such as the updating of dashboards, maintaining risk and issue logs and administration of project/programme meetings.

You will be joining a supportive, innovative, inclusive and forward thinking team with a collective vision and focus on the development and improvement of our services for the benefit of our patients and colleagues.

As a team we are committed to continuous improvement and as such this role will also provide an excellent opportunity for the postholder to develop service improvement and project management skills

This pivotal role whilst sitting within the Transformation team, is key to sustainable change across the whole Trust. The post holder will work closely with the EMAS Transformation team to ensure the robust processes in place for transformation programmes and projects.

The role provides staff working within Transformation the support in various streams of work that may include; setting up stakeholder events, ensuring robust meeting processes are in place, action logs and risk registers are kept updated, ensuring any project management processes are recorded and updated using appropriate IT systems.

The post holder will lead on identification and sourcing of data sets and will support the presentation for appropriate analysis. A key part of the role is to ensure the benefits of any programmes and or projects are monitored accordingly. Supporting the team to co-ordinate meetings and diaries as required. Setting up and supporting the team to maintain a flow of innovation ideas from across the Trust.

**The post-holder’s duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Collation of project data including project and programme level KPI reporting, risk & issue analysis, quality impact assessments
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the standards of project management, templates and processes within the team.
- Request and receive clinical, quality and operational data sets and ensure formatted correctly for analysis.
- Planning meetings, preparing papers and recording appropriately.
- Setting up stakeholder engagement events.
- Lead on and maintain logs of innovation and transformation ideas as required.
- Co-ordinate the Trust offer of Improvement training (including setting dates, communicating and overall booking process).
