If you have been studying towards the ACCA/CIMA qualification and are working in the role of Assistant Management Accountant,looking for your next opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you. Offering study support and with a solid management team as mentors this really is a step in the right direction.
Duties of the role include:

- The preparation of and assistance with monthly management accounts
- Supervising a small ledger team and overseeing large volume transactions
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing and developing staff (small team of 3)
- Working with the finance team, other departments and directors to improve processes
- Dealing with stock accounting
Who are we looking for?
- A part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- A confident user of both accounting systems and Excel (confident using vlookups/pivot tables)
- A person who is naturally diligent and takes pride in their level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A person who has experience within a fast moving environment such as manufacturing / FMCG / retail
- A person who has the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels including senior management
- A naturally hard-working, confident and outgoing professional
Please note this role is based in office, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) and **does NOT offer hybrid working**. You will be working in a great setting, with a close knit and well established team, offering all the support you need to complete the roleto the highest standard.
