Daily duties
- Manage the reception, which involves answering calls and diverting to the correct department.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks
- Support various internal teams with the management of external customer portals.
- Process new sales opportunities on to CRM database.
- Support the Sales-team.
- Support the QS with the management of Sub-Contract order processes.
- Creation and management of quote and project files on company server.
- Process new sales orders, including updating CRM and creating new project records on Sage.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience with a CRM database (preferred)
- Previous experience within a similar role (preferred)
- Microsoft Office and Sage (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with a one hour lunch but there can be a little bit of flexibility with the start time and break. Once full training is complete then a hybrid working model is on offer with 3 days working in the office and 2 days at home.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.
