**Shift**:Monday to Friday (22.5 / 37.5 hours)

We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Blantyre. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that new & existing customer agreements are accurately verified and recorded on our company system.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Verify and accurately complete customer contracts, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Utilize acceptable data sources to ensure that new contracts meet legal and company standards.
- Ensure that the commercial implications of new agreements align with company guidelines.
- Enter customer agreement details onto our company systems with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Contract Administration Team to ensure all new agreements are verified and processed with agreed SLA’s
- Communicate with sales personnel to address any customer agreements that do not meet minimum standards, ensuring prompt corrections with mínimal disruption to the customer.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all new customer contracts.
- Provide existing contract documentation to internal colleagues as needed.
- Customer structure validation & configuration to ensure billing accuracy
- Customer master data updates
- Purchase Order Management
- Support billing functions

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret data.
- Driven to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to both customers and internal colleagues.
- Ability to work under time pressures and prioritize activities.
- Strong team player.

- Must have strong excel skills
