**Job Title**:Learner Engagement Coordinator

**Location**: Birkenhead - office based

**Salary**:£28,000 - £29,500 (Depending on skills and experience) + Benefits

**Type**:Full Time, 6-month FTC

An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and engaging individual who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.

**The Role**:

- Carry out learner engagement and attraction activities to promote the benefits of our clients employability training programme, and converting leads into enrolments.
- Establish relationships with referral agencies such as the Job centre, stakeholders and building strong links in the community to attract potential learners.
- Prepare and deliver engagement sessions, Face to face presentations, workshops and seminars.
- Overcome barriers and objection handling.
- Ensure all stakeholder and referral activity is logged on the CRM system, processing any referrals within a timely manner through to JCP eligibility checks
- Complete documentation accurately, ensuring that all paperwork meets compliance standards.
- Attend networking events and maintain relationships with learners
- Monitor the impact of programme referral channels and identify any area for improvement.
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards, maintaining contact database and ensure accurate records.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have experience of developing and leveraging employer / key stakeholder relationships.
- Must have experience of working in a performance target driven role.
- Must be IT literate.
- Hold own GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
