**Job Title**: Contracts and Informatics Lead (part of the Senior Management Team)

**Hours**: Basic 37 hours per week

**Additional Hours**:To be worked if necessary to meet the demands of the business

Based at The Deepings Practice, Market Deeping but with a willingness and ability to work at the branch surgery in Glinton if necessary.

**Job Summary**:
To lead the team and ensure all work is up to date and the team are being supported. To provide administrative and finance support with particular focus on patient related requests and requirements. To assist the practice manager in ensuring that all contract commitments are being met and all payments for contract are received in a timely manner. To assist the practice manager in reviewing what contracts to take on and if we have the capacity for more work. Being part of the
Senior Management Team to ensure that all departments are on point with coding and template usage, bringing to their attention if the team needs to review work done in line with contractual commitments.

**Main Duties / Key Tasks**:
**Team Leader**:
Working with the Informatics team to ensure that there is support for the team and that the team are achieving all targets. Ensure regular meetings to understand any work that may be behind and bring to the attention on the Practice Manager with a working solution **. **Monthly updates for the
Practice Manager on all areas of income. Presentations to the partners at the Finance Meetings as to where we are with QOF, Enhanced Services and other income. Looking for new contracts to take on with a business plan working with the Practice Manager. Ensure the team have regular reviews and look at training needs.
- QOF work
- HP Recall
- Immunisations all areas including Flu and Covid vaccinations
- Safeguarding - ensure that meetings and clinicians are up to date with all requirements
- Palliative Patients - ensure that meetings and clinicians are up to date with all requirements
- High Risk drugs - ensure we are always up to date with a resolution if work is behind.
- Clinical Coding in all areas
- Medical reports and unpaid invoices
- Private work
- Smears
- Firearms
- All other work that may come in through the year.

**Contracts Lead**:

- Have a good understanding of all contracts that bring in income working with other members of the Informatics Finance Team
- Ensure the Enhanced Services, LARC, Direct Enhanced services and any other contract in line with CQRS are completed and recorded in the correct way to receive payment.
- Ensure the correct figures have been entered/extracted on CQRS monthly, quarterly annually.
- Have a good understanding of QOF plus IIF PCN work - in line with payments that are received using all the above contracts.
- Be able to build and run SystmOne reports and interrogate the system for errors.
- Flu and Covid clinic - working with SMT to ensure that we have successful clinics.
- Immunisations - all vaccines across the sector being completed and payments checked.
- Health and wellbeing champion.
- One You champion
- IGPR reporting.
- Prime QOF comms/HP Recall
- Campaigns for referrals
- Patient queries that pertain to role.
- Data cleansing
- GP List sizes
- Update all protocols in-line with current role

**Senior Management Team**:

- Attending the bi-weekly meetings
- Bringing current data of where we are with all contracts to update the team
- Ensure that all depts. are coding and using the correct templates - if not then to give training to the teams that need it.
