As the Head of Franchising, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our franchise operations. Your primary objective will be to expand our brand presence through strategic franchising initiatives, ensuring a strong network of franchise partners. You will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency across all franchise locations.

**Responsibilities**:
Franchisee Recruitment: Source, evaluate, and select potential franchisees who align with our brand values and possess the necessary experiences to become successful business partners.

Conduct thorough market: research to identify key trends, competitor analysis, and potential challenges in new and existing markets.

Franchise Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential franchisees, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement that aligns with the company's goals and standards.

Franchise Support and Training: Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to franchisees to ensure operational excellence, adherence to brand standards, and sustained success.

Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing franchise partners to enhance collaboration, communication, and overall franchisee satisfaction.

Financial Performance: Monitor and analyse the financial performance of franchise locations, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Enforce adherence to brand standards, policies, and operational guidelines across all franchise locations.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and franchise disclosure requirements.

Collaborative Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of franchise professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate franchising processes, systems, and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in franchising, ideally with experience in a leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of franchise business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, market trends, and financial reports to make strategic decisions.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects related to franchising.
- Willingness to travel as needed to oversee franchise operations and meet with potential franchisees.

As the Head of Franchising, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and success through strategic expansion and nurturing strong franchise partnerships. Your passion for excellence, combined with your leadership and strategic acumen, will be instrumental in taking our franchise operations to new heights.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
