**Job purpose**
The role will provide exposure to various parts of the group and senior management at both the office in Glasgow and London.
The individual would be expected to build a network within the group and across all departments e.g. Settlement & Custody, Client Servicing, Front Office, Finance / Treasury, Legal and Compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting in logging and investigating CASS breaches within the business;
- Assisting in preparing trend analysis of the group’s monthly CASS breach numbers;
- Assisting in the delivery of the firm’s internal review programme;
- Assisting in the delivery of external CASS audits;
- Assisting in the performance of the annual due diligence of the firm’s sub-custodian and preparing first drafts of due diligence reports;
- Assisting in the drafting of papers for the firm’s governance and oversight committees;
- Assisting in the organisation and delivery of the Group’s CASS training programme;
- Completing first reviews of regulatory returns submitted to the FCA;
- Assisting in the organization of the monthly CASS Oversight Committee packs and preparing a first draft of the minutes of this meeting.
**Qualifications**:
**Key Skills and Experience**
- This role would suit a recent graduate from university or an experienced hire who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing part of the Financial Services industry and would like a wide-ranging introduction to Asset Management.
