Do you have studio management experience, and are you seeking a full-time remote role? Skillsearch is helping a gaming company find an experienced Head of Studio, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Head of Studio, you will guarantee the development of high-quality video games in line with the company's roadmap and players’ expectations.

In your first few weeks in this Head of Studio role, you can expect to:

- Develop and manage the business plans required to grow the studio
- Define the most effective organisation, managing both production and G&A teams and train the Studio’s leadership to ensure effective and efficient delivery
- Collaborate efficiently with editorial teams and partner studios
- Implement best practice methodologies, production processes and efficient tools to foster a gamer-centric culture, an innovative mindset and effective collaboration.

To apply, you will need a deep understanding of launch strategy, operations and the importance of cultivating superfans throughout the product lifecycle and around the games. Specifically, you will require the following:

- 10 or more years of studios management experience
- Excellent production know-how, from AAA experience
- Excellent leadership, co-development and entrepreneurial skills for implementing a sustainable development strategy
- A gamer
- and consumer-oriented approach, with a deep knowledge of the video games market.
