**Working days and shift times**:
Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:00

**Pay rate**:
£20,587 per annum

**Day to Day Duties**

Taking calls from customers regarding a broad range of enquiries in a call centre environment
Referring customers to the correct department
Updating the in house computer system

**Essential Skills**

Must have previous customer service experience gained within an office environment

**Desirable Experience**

Experience of working to KPI's
Experience of working in a contact centre environment

**What training is provided?**

Full training provided
