Lettings Manager - Senior Account Manager

**Location**: Liverpool City Centre
**Contrac**t: Full Time, Permanent
**Hours**: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm (with an early finish on Fridays at 4.30pm)

X1 Sales and Lettings is seeking an articulate, experienced, and accomplished Senior Manager to oversee a large property portfolio.

The Senior Account Manager role at X1 Sales and Lettings is unique and one-of-a-kind within the estate agency sector, comparable only to a branch manager role at a traditional high street agency.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and would be a valuable addition to the CV of any aspiring estate agency professional. You will gain invaluable experience and develop your people management skills.

Due to the volume of properties within the X1 Sales and Lettings portfolio, Senior Account Manager positions have been created - essentially mini-branches within the main branch.

Portfolio sizes for the Senior Account Manager role vary, averaging between 300 - 500 properties. However, with progression, you could find yourself overseeing a portfolio exceeding 800 properties.

These portfolios often surpass the entirety of properties held by a typical high street branch. As such, opportunities at this level are rare and highly sought after.

In this role, you will manage a team of three to four members: an enquiries and viewings assistant, a property manager, and a tenancy care manager. As the portfolio size grows, so does your team.

Your responsibilities will include the successful management of your portfolio, measured by minimal void periods, debt, excellent customer service, compliance, and quick property turnovers. Supporting and developing your team to ensure their happiness and growth in their roles is also crucial.

As a Senior Manager, you will receive one-on-one people management training from an external coach, aimed at personal and professional development. You will work alongside other Senior Account Managers who share the same goal.

The role offers favourable working hours for the industry and additional annual leave over the festive period.
