**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Match people to their ideal property
- Deal with property portal leads
- Book and conduct viewings and negotiate offers
- Marketing of lettings stock
- Working closely with their Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
- Helping to generate new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service

In return, you can expect to receive on-target earnings to be in the region of £40,000 with a strong basic salary and a car allowance.
