This is a position for someone who is self-motivated, a competent multitasker essentially they do not require rigid structure in their working day to maintain focus. The ideal applicant is looking to progress their career within Financial Services or start a new role with a view to start a challenging but rewarding career.
We will provide training and briefings in all aspects of the work. Excellent customer services skills and good computer skills are essential, as are high-quality verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. We all work very closely together, putting our clients at the centre of our work.
The role will be varied and mixed but will include:
Getting to know clients to anticipate their needs
Diary management and appointment making
Leading the preparation for client meetings including any research that may be relevant
Administration: Having attention to detail is an essential
Providing full administrative support to the financial advisors
Management of office purchases & supplies, e.g. stationery and equipment
Handling daily incoming and outgoing mail
Keeping track of current work, making sure deadlines are met and reporting to the team
Keeping CRM systems databases up to date
From the moment we as chartered financial advisors have contact with a client they put their trust and client experience in our hands all members of the team contribute too

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
