**Senior Financial Planner - Westerham, manage a book of longstanding HNW clients and generate some new business, £70k - £85k salary + equity share (OTE £100k - £120k)**

My client are an Independent Financial Advice firm in Westerham. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections. The Managing Director has a long illustrious career in financial planningand financial advice and has built a reputation as a leading figure industry across the South-East with clients operating across London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex and successfully run several businesses.
Their clients are a mix of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families. Business is busier than ever moving into 2023, and my client has 350+ longstanding clients in their current setup, and this is growing throughreferrals and recommendations. They do not do any marketing activity whatsoever due to the excellent reviews they receive.
The role will be more office based to begin to allow you to get inducted into the business and but then some work from home can be discussed. You will have your Level 4 Diploma and ideally be Chartered or close to it. My client can offer a very secure and rewardingrole, with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. My client are looking to offer between £70k - £85k basic salary, commissions, bonus plus an equity share in the business with a realistic take home pay of £100k - £120k.

- You must hold your Level 4 Diploma
- Preferably working towards your chartered status
- Allocated clients to manage
- Full market independent financial advice
- Any new business you can bring is welcomed
- Part account management and part lead conversion
- Clients are retirees, HNW families and City professionals
