**The role**

The purpose of this role is responsible for managing the diaries of the responsive and service repair operatives to provide a high performing value for money service in terms of customer experience, efficiency of response and delivery of performance targets.

**It has the following main responsibilities;**
- Using knowledge of operative availability, technical requirements, core skills, repair priority and geographical location appoint repairs within agreed timescales in line with standard service using Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS).
- Monitor the responsive repair and servicing appointments and act as a first point of contact for ongoing repairs and servicing needs for operatives, supervisors, surveyors and the customer support team.

**What we need**
- For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
- Excellent customer service skills and great communication.
- Dealing with a difficult situation and make quick decisions under pressure.
- A standard of education equal to GCSE’s inc grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent experience.
- Experience of diary management.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a responsive and changing environment.
- Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Ability to follow process and procedure
