We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate with additional responsibilities in cancellation handling.
**Location**: [Skipton, UK] (Full time in the office for probationary period and then the option to move to a Hybrid working pattern which is: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home)
**Job Type**: Full-Time/Permanent
**Responsibilities**:
Build strong customer relationships and proactively outreach to customers to enhance their customer journey.
Handle cancellation requests professionally, seeking opportunities to retain customers and address concerns. Ensuring the off-boarding process is successful.
Identify at-risk customers and collaborate on retention strategies with sales and product teams.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and provide ongoing training to maximize customer value.
**Qualifications**:
Grade C (or equivalent) or above in English is essential.
**Experience**:
Customer Success or account management experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Previous experience in the Education sector is desirable.
Previous experience with customer support or cancellations is advantageous
**Skills**:
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in software including Salesforce and Gainsight is advantageous however full training will be provided.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Ability to work within a fast paced team and comfortable with changing priorities/ responsibilities to fit the needs of the business.
