This amazing new opportunity is based in Slough being a senior Customer Service Advisor. This well-established company is the world's leading postal and logistics service provider. **Your new role**
You will be at the frontline dealing with any customer issues, complaints, sales lead. Also, if there are any problems that can not be handled by you, you will be able to escalate it to a manger to help resolve the issue. Your new role will also require youto vigilant and you will be doing customer analysis and monitoring. You will ensure that customer records are accurate, and you will be updating the CRM system. You will also be working in the project management team when handling complex on boarding of newcustomers.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must have customer service experience; it is also important that you have worked in a team. This could be in either an office-based customer service or call centre environment You will also need to have some experience with MS Office and CRM.
**What you'll get in return**
In dedication to your hard work your salary can be up to £30,000. This great company is also flexible and does hybrid work. Monday and Friday you will be able to work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday you will be in the office. Hours are from 9to 5:30pm adding up to 37.5 hours a week. There Is also parking available on site.
