**Job Summary**: Macdonald and Company are working with one of the leading Residential Build to Rent providers in the UK.

They are looking for an experienced night Concierge to join their team in London.

**Main Purpose of the Role**
- The Concierge provides first contact and safeguarding to Residents, contractors, and colleagues. This includes a high level of customer service, recognising safeguarding concerns, identifying, and reporting risks to people, report writing and providing handovers
- The Concierge controls access to the building, monitors CCTV systems, carries out regular patrols and H&S checks and deals with fire and life safety emergencies
- The Concierge must be aware of vulnerable residents
- When roving, the concierge is expected to visit and patrol all areas of the building and grounds on a rotation basis
- Previous experience working in residential buildings
- Well-versed in shift duties, health & safety, safeguarding and administration
- To ensure the confidentiality of all personal data held in your care as specified in the Data Protection Act 1998
- Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times, wearing the staff uniform
- Working 12 hours, 4 days on and 4 days off

**Salary**
- £29,000 Per annum
