You'll work closely with our PPC and SEO teams, driving new business and nurturing potential clients for our diverse portfolio of private and public companies.

Your Key Duties:

- Craft and execute compelling lead generation strategies to attract and captivate potential clients.
- Make cold calls to generate leads
- Conduct market research to understand our target audiences, creating custom campaigns tailored to their specific needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our sales and marketing teams to synchronize lead generation with our overall business objectives.
- Closely monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Qualify leads and conduct nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients' offerings and target markets to convey their value propositions effectively to potential customers.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Proven track record in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or B2B setting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and engaging prospects.
- An analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- A results-driven attitude and the commitment to achieving targets and surpassing expectations.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- A strong passion for digital marketing and a commitment to stay ahead of industry trends.
