They are currently recruiting for an **Admin Assistant**to join their branch based in **Feltham, Southwest London.**

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the **Admin Assistant** will be responsible for providing support across the administration function within the branch.

Other key responsibilities of the **Admin Assistant**include:

- Support the Sales team by answering general customer enquiries
- Answering telephone, and directing calls or taking messages to the relevant person
- Deal with customer complaints in a fair and reasonable manner
- Check and confirm dates and content of direct deliveries as they fall due
- Request proof of deliveries from supplier for direct deliveries before invoicing
- Liaise with suppliers or sales staff for incoming goods for specific orders
- Match and check all Goods In paperwork before receipting and filing
- Liaise with the Operations Manager for any amendments or alterations to delivery schedules
- Scan and file all paperwork
- Frank and mail all outgoing post daily
- Carry out reception duties, meet and greets or walkabouts where appropriate
- Work accurately to tight deadlines monthly
- Any other duties as reasonable requested by management

As our **Admin Assistant**you will ideally have experience within a similar role, the ability to work within a team and be results driven. You will be detail conscious, proactive with a can-do attitude, numerate and literate with knowledgeof MS office.

On offer is a competitive salary dependent on experience, plus bonus scheme. This is a full-time position 40 hours per week. Benefits include 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance plan and work save pension.
