**JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for an energetic Games master, to join our team. A games master is responsible for facilitating bookings and games at Fox in a Box. The games master plays a very important role as you will be the first point of contact for our clients, and you will shape their experience in the escape rooms.

**WHO IS FOX IN A BOX LONDON?**

At Fox in a Box London, we are a dynamic and thrilling escape room based in the heart of Hackney. We pride ourselves on taking the lead in reinventing the immersive experience industr,y and changing the way people experience escape rooms.

An Escape Room is a physical game in real life where players are 'locked' in a room and must use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape within 60 minutes. A virtual escape room takes the idea we just established and flips it on its head; with you, the players, able to play from the comfort of your homes no matter where you are around the world. Your main objective is to connect with and help a live actor within the room solve the puzzles and escape the situation they’ve found themselves in.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**
- Executing high-quality customer service
- Role-playing
- Setting and Resetting games rooms
- Facilitating Games
- General maintenance
- Setting up and coordinating corporate packages

**REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience within a similar role is advantageous
- Flexible to work across a seven-day working period
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team.
- Strong proficiency in organization, problem solving and communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
