We are recruiting for an E-Commerce/Amazon Sales Administrator, dealing with Amazon accounts, liaising with Amazon account manager to support growth of our Amazon business.
Creating new product listings, processing orders and invoices using Sage 1 and Amazon software. Managing and coordinating all deliveries with the logistics and warehouse. Implementing promotional activity and producing reports for management. Assisting in launching new products and managing Amazon marketing campaigns.

Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries. Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests. Delivering excellent customer service. Any other administrative duties as required by the company.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person with proven experience to process Amazon FBA orders and orders using Sage.

Bookkeeping, qualification is required.

Experience processing orders using Sage and Amazon software for minimum 2 years is required. Credit control. Statement and bank reconciliations. Good telephone manners and e-commerce skill will be beneficial.

The role is varied, interesting and rewarding with progress within the company.
This role is working from our offices therefore the travel distance must be accessible.
