Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Bookkeeper on a full time permanent basis to be based in Inverness.

**Duties Include**:

- Assisting with preparation of client statutory accounts.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Ledger reconciliations.
- Assisting with the calculation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
- Data entry of invoices/bills and receipts.
- Filing & maintenance of accounting records.
- Raising invoices from Job Sheets.
- Assisting with client payroll administration.
- Answering phone and dealing with customers queries.

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience in a similar accounts/bookkeeping role.
- Client accounting experience preferred.
- Experience of financial software systems.
- Ability to work under your own initiative with little supervision.
- Clear Communicator.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
