**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our team. As a TCO, you will play a crucial role in guiding our patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to aftercare. You will be responsible for conducting consultations, utilising our cutting-edge scanner, and handling all aspects of patient management, including payments and finances.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with patients, discussing treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Utilise our advanced scanner to accurately capture dental impressions and images.
- Coordinate treatment plans and appointments, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Handle financial aspects of treatment, including payment processing and insurance coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Actively promote our services and treatment options to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within sales is essential.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in using dental software and technology, including scanners and patient management systems - don't worry we can help with this
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
