Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a talented Project Coordinator with an affinity for communication and organization, to become a key member of our Live Service Integrity team. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar's unique studio in the heart of Edinburgh.
This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar's state-of-the-art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
**WHAT WE DO**:
- The Live Service Integrity team is responsible for identifying threats to the online player experience and working across all teams and functions to ensure those threats are mitigated.
- We support all Rockstar titles, including Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, in an effort to deliver world-class live service experiences.
- We seek to build collaborative processes with development, insights, and analytics teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Organize, lead, and help document internal and cross-departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with leads across disciplines to breakdown live service impacting issues into actionable work items.
- Proactively follow up on the status of work derived from these breakdowns to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with key supporting teams to ensure broad understanding of the current status of incidents and projects within the Live Service Integrity remit.
- Ensure key dates are understood by all members of the team.
- Track and present detailed schedules, status reports, milestone objectives and other documentation clearly and accurately.
- Develop relationships and maintain regular communication with leads, directors, production, and product management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1+ Years experience in a production role, or experience coordinating team members across different disciplines.
**SKILLS**:
- Great interpersonal skills. Able to communicate clearly and put team members at ease.
- Adept at hosting meetings in person and in remote/hybrid settings
- Able to define and maintain development plans and schedules.
- A working proficiency with task tracking software like Jira, Hansoft or Trello.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience managing team resources on web services such as Confluence and Monday.
- A willingness to be involved in all aspects of a live service title.
- An eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
- An autonomous and flexible mindset, able to adapt to changing criteria with ease.
**PLUSES**:
- Experience working with or producing game systems and technical designers.
- Experience working with or adjacent to game security, trust and safety, or similar areas.
- Experience working within a large-scale AAA development team.
- A university degree in Project Management, Game Production, or a related field.
- A passion for video games.
