Responsibilities:

- Assist clients, predominantly school groups, in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Liaise with client from initial quote request stage, through confirmation of booking and operating of the tours including on-call whilst groups are away.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Research and recommend destinations, hotels, and attractions based on clients' interests and budget
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, regulations, and restrictions to provide accurate information to clients
- Handle any changes or issues with bookings, such as cancellations or rescheduling
- Process payments and ensure all necessary documentation is provided to clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the school travel industry or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pershore
