**FUSION HOUSING** works across Kirklees, Calderdale and Wakefield districts of West Yorkshire providing help to our communities to find and maintain housing through legal advice, employment support, learning opportunities, supported accommodation and local food bank provision

**Job Reference 2023/11**

We have a vacancy for an experienced** ENGAGEMENT WORKER **to work in our Learning & Employment Team, which includes the Works Better Service. We support people with their aspirations and ambitions and deliver our services in an asset-based way, led by our participants and their goals.

**Location: Huddersfield (Pearl House) including travel across Kirklees.**

**Applicants must have knowledge and experience of**:

- Employability service provision.
- Barriers faced by participants moving into education & employment.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills.
