We're looking for a Head Host Hostess to be remembered for creating great experiences. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- 1 year + experience in a similar high-volume site
- Spotless communication skills, natural approachability and warm welcome manners
- Proficiency with reservation platforms such as (ideally)Open Table and Collins
- Familiarity with admin tasks, calls and enquiries handling experience
- Ability to manage seating arrangements and events organization
- Immaculate presentation
