The stunning Feathers Hotel has 42 beautiful bedrooms and is situated in the town of Ludlow, there has been an extensive refurbishment to a high spec whilst maintaining the character of the Jacobian building. Our most recent celebration for the Feathers has been the awarding of a Rosette to our restaurant, the team are already paving the way to achieve our second Rosette We also recently launched We Proudly Serve in our tea room

**The Role of Receptionist**

The **Receptionist** will be responsible for a warm welcome with an efficient check-in and check-out, providing information to our guests. As the heart of the hotel the Reception team communicate with other departments and ensure information is shared for a great guest experience. The reception team ensure phones are answered, queries addressed, and that personal information is processed as required and stored securely.
