We are currently recruiting for a Static Data Assistant

Profile Summary
- To sit within the Shared Services team and assist Within the Shared Services team maintain and support London and European Branch reference data across systems.
- Ensuring adherence to all SLA’s and procedures for London Branch Procedures/FCA regulations
- Ensuring adherence to all SLA’s and procedures for EMEA Offices.

**Responsibilities**:
Accountabilities and Responsibilities: (5 to 6 key outputs for which job holder accountable)
- Complete the Registering of New Customers and related Product, Settlement & Regulatory specific attributes across all related systems
- Monitor and carry out reference data instructions from incoming workflows in accordance with agreed SLA’s
- Complete the Maintenance of and approve Standard Settlement Instructions across FX/MM Derivative Products
- Maintain high quality reference data across London Branch and European Office systems in conjunction with AML/KYC Client documentation verification
- Control updates of Internal Trading Limits and Base/Fixing rates across Branches
- Fircosoft monitoring
- Build relationships and business understanding with Internal Clients in order to initiate and implement improvements to existing processes

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A Level educated or equivalent
- Banking qualifications desirable - providing product knowledge

Proficient practical knowledge of UK anti-money laundering requirements (including the Money Laundering Regulations, the Proceeds of Crime Act, the Terrorism Act) -Desirable
Demonstrable knowledge of Reference Data maintenance procedures for Customer (contact, regulatory & credit line information), SSI, Credit Limits, Rates & International Calendars - Desirable
System use skills - across Microsoft Office products - Desirable
Experience within an investment banking environment, has a confident understanding across Products - Desirable
Experience in working with front office business areas and Compliance - Desirable
Flexible attitude and able to communicate and positively influence colleagues with new ideas Desirable
