The Role
The Client Data Administrator will join a vibrant Client Services & Client Data team, undertaking all aspects of administration of client’s cash and assets.
The Client Data Administrator will be experienced with Client Data from a Wealth Management business perspective, understanding KYC / AML documentation, knowledge of Client Onboarding and Client Account Opening. Maintaining Client Records and having an understanding of Securities Pricing & Reference Data – as this role will be a Senior Member of the team and supervising the workflow of others.
The Client Data Administrator will observe the team’s workflow ensuring team members are on task and keeping up with deadlines in a timely manner.
The Client Data Administrator will take ownership of daily/weekly/monthly and yearly check lists, whilst being responsible for delegating daily tasks within the team as well as assisting when required.
The Client Data Administrator will follow and update procedures when required and is expected to provide technical assistance within the team when needed.
The Client Data Administrator is expected to assist with all reviews and observe all processes and implementing improvements when applicable.
The Client Data Administrator will have a good understanding of Regulations such as Mifid, Cobbs & GDPR.
The Candidate
At least 3-5 years relevant industry experience working with Client Data, Static Data, Client CRM systems within Wealth Management or Investment Management setting.
Solid knowledge and experience of FCA Regulations and Market Practice relevant to Private Clients
Experience of account opening with Wealth Management / Private Clients.
Preferably holder of IOC (formerly known as IAQ) or equivalent CISI qualification
Understanding of KYC and AML documentation
Good knowledge of securities pricing and reference data covering equities, bonds and funds
Some experience of client on-boarding processes
