Escape Records are a rapidly expanding music & events business based in South Wales that deliver over 500 events per year including Wales largest festival In It Together. Due to how fast we are growing we are now looking to expand our marketing team and recruit a Marketing Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone to be involved in a fast-paced exciting business that comes with high rewards. You will assist the marketing team to execute and deliver strategies across a number of very exciting brands in the UK and Europe.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for event promotion and sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us as a Brand Ambassador Team Leader. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our events and building a motivated team of brand ambassadors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Building**:

- Build and nurture your own team of 20 brand ambassadors.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated environment within the team.
- **Leadership**:

- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
- **Sales Management**:

- Manage and oversee the sales activities of your team.
- Personally contribute to sales targets and lead by example.
- **Financial Benefits**:

- Receive a monthly fee for your leadership role.
- Earn commission on all your personal sales.
- Enjoy a percentage of the sales generated by your team.

**Support and Communication**:

- As your main point of contact, we are committed to providing you with all the necessary resources, information, and support to excel in your role.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven leadership experience, preferably in sales or event promotion.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour
