**The Role**

**What does a Progress Chaser do?**
- Checking the progress of the car throughout the sales process.
- Manage dealership vehicle advertising; which includes photographing vehicle stock, uploading images onto online advertising, posting customer offers and maintaining showroom pricing displays.
- General house-keeping and admin support to facilitate Sales team performance.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Customer service excellence - always striving to delight our customers
- Goal focus - breaking the mould to achieve goals
- Compliance - working within a regulatory/process orientated environment
- Organisation skills - to be able to multi-task and meet time lines.
