Stowford Farm Meadows are looking for a hard working and reliable Cafe Assistant to help with the day to day running of our busy cafe and takeaway outlet. This is a seasonal position until the end of October 2023. Duties include but are not limited to;
- preparing breakfasts and lunches in our busy kitchen
- cooking food on fryers and griddle for the takeaway
- Flexibility to work both front of house and in the kitchen when the need arises
- Ensuring fridges and freezers are well stocked, paying attention to rotation of stock
- Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen and disposal of rubbish
- Helping unload deliveries of stock
- Daily cleaning of kitchen areas and keeping refrigeration, freezers and stores clean
- To ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations

Own transport essential due to rural location. Full training given. Uniform provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
