Job Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for the sales of the company’s Baidu and Xiaohongshu-related internet advertising products in the UK, fulfilling the sales targets set by the company.

Develop UK market customers and channels using personal connections, social networking platforms, and large-scale exhibitions, perform routine customer maintenance, and promote the use of customer advertising budgets.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and social media
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using IT tools and software for sales purposes
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Organizational skills to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Representative.

Please note: It is a hybrid position, one day per week is required to work in the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £1,000.00-£2,000.00 per month
