We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team; a lively, collaborative and hugely supportive team of recruitment professionals.

You’ll need good admin skills, you’ll be highly organised and attention to detail is of paramount importance. Bowmay Consulting is an independently owned boutique recruitment company based in Rochdale, close to motorway links. We specialise in senior, professional, and technical roles in the Textiles, Engineering and Logistics sectors in the UK.

**The Job**
- You will provide vital administrative support across the business (recruitment, sales & marketing) which enables the office to run efficiently.
- Ongoing project work to gather relevant data which will assist with business sales (BD Leads).? Data is critical to ensuring our market knowledge along with our competitiveness.?
- Purchasing of office equipment and furniture, ensuring the best possible quality and price is negotiated.
- Invoicing clients, keeping track of incoming and late payments and chasing up overdue invoices when needed.
- We are always evolving; therefore, we want you to push the boundaries when it comes to improving things.? You will have the responsibility for ensuring our current ways of working are systematic, but also that they improve and adapt as our business grows.?You shouldn’t be afraid to challenge the norm and share innovative ideas.
- Any other ad hoc admin duties as required to support the business.

**About You**
- Amazing communication skills, both verbal and written, is of paramount importance as is being numerate.
- You’ll love all things admin and be a confident user of Microsoft Office programmes and systems.
- You’ll be focussed and have strong attention to detail.
- You’ll enjoy working together in a team environment towards a common goal.
- We’re a supportive team who work collaboratively.
