Independently check desktop appraisal of assessors pre installation survey judgements, identify concerns and ensure remediation before install, ensuring only appropriate buildings are approved to proceed to installation of insulation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out ongoing desktop assessment of installer/assessor submitted pre-installation survey information, forming clear judgment on appropriateness to fill.
- Ensure CIGA ISA audits are timely and meet requirements under CIGA KPIs.
- Assist in the tasking of deployed inspector resources to carry out percentage physical inspections (1 in 10) and review of ISA referrals.
- Work with the Quality and Training Manager to carry out investigations into potential noncompliance with CIGA rules of membership.

**Administration**:

- Help to develop the CIGA ISA desktop audit team.
- Take ownership of own personal development in line with changes to building certification/regulations.
- Operate in a manner that is consistent with good Health and Safety practice and does not present hazards to others.
- Maintain awareness of relevant H&S and other Regulations.
- Actively work to improve performance and quality.
- Other duties that may be allocated from your line manager from time to time.

**Card Scheme**:

- To provide support to Card and Business Support Services Manager

**Improvements and Change**:

- Follow all CIGA Procedures and processes relevant to own role. Identify when changes and updates are required, raising these promptly with line manager.
- When required, lead and take responsibility for projects and making change happen, overcome barriers and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Develop and write work instructions and procedure when required.

**Communication/Relationships**:

- Communicate and work closely with managers and colleagues, building a team which supports each other and CIGA goals.
- Act as mentor and trainer to colleagues which required to do so.
- Participate to team meetings, contribute ideas and suggestion to develop CIGA products and customer service.
- Keep up to date with new development and changes at CIGA.
- Support CIGA goals and business objectives.

**Knowledge, Skills, and experience**:

- Good communications and presentation skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Have good documentation and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate good IT skills and ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
- Possess the ability to work unsupervised.
- Knowledge of CWI technical requirements and standards, including knowledge of Technical Approvals.
- Work towards and obtain in depth Knowledge of further extended role measures, as and when required to the specific role.
- Understanding of differing construction types.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety issues.
- Experience of Audit.
- NVQ business administration or equivalent.
- Audit qualification.

- To assist with other duties within the scope and nature of position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
