Commercial Services Group is recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Executive on behalf of Cantium Business Solutions, which is part of Commercial Services Group.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

**The Role**

**Key Duties**
- Examine and share communication insights and statistics with the marketing team to boost participation and our capacity to notify clients and prospects on time.
- Form positive relationships with, and deliver key messages to, internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills to create messages that represent Cantium’s tone
- Be the expert on our Intranet platform, ‘Candoo', to include having a firm understanding of the information architecture and wireframe to be able to support, develop and improve the end user experience
- Analyse and present statistics from ‘Candoo’ to deliver results-based engagement content and campaigns
- Deliver content and campaign calendars for all communications across the business, ensuring all plans are well timed and align with business activities

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience of working in a KPI and Metric driven marketing environment
- A creative thinker who can develop and implement their ideas in line with company culture
- Highly IT literate with some experience of Content Management Systems (CMS), social media scheduling software and Google Analytics would be desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
- Understanding of when and how to design and develop engaging, targeted content and messages suitable for use across a range of channels to inform, engage and motivate employees and customers Possess brilliant short and long form writing and storytelling skills and the ability to write, blog, edit, and publish content quickly for a variety of audiences
