We are looking for an experience B2B Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Service Team.
- Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and in line with Customer requirements.
- Liaise with customers on all order aspects through the appropriate method of communication to achieve mutually satisfactory agreed outcomes.
- Handle customer queries / concerns / complaints effectively, ensuring they are logged accurately.
- Ensure all calls are dealt with in a professional manner either by personally or referred to the appropriate individual/department.
- Accurately update customer data base according to company protocols.
- Work with internal departments to ensure orders are completed on time and in full.
- Developing good product knowledge and staying up to date with new product arrivals and features.

**Salary**: £23,000 - £26,000 a year

Remote working available upon completion of training period.
