Customer Support Executive

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm (2 days in the office - hybrid working)
Some of the duties will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to customers
- Account management, building strong working relationships with customers
- Sales order processing
- Managing the account renewal process
- Managing web subscriptions
- Putting sales orders onto the CRM system
- Keeping the database updated with accurate information
- Previous experience of working with customers, B2B is preferred
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- A great team player
- MUST be a driver
- Passioante about providing a high level of customer service
- Good time management skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload
