Location - Nationwide
Days of work - 7 days a week for a minimum of two weeks at a time.
Hours - These vary by package and will include downtime.
You will be living with you client within their own home. This gives you the opportunity to really get to know your client and their families, providing full time care and support to help them live their best lives.

We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you'll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You'll start building your own support network from day one - this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.
Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.
- Flexibility and Reliability
- Passionate about the care of vulnerable people with various health issues
- A minimum of 6 months complex care experience
- Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative, whilst also working as part of a team
- Someone who is calm under pressure
- A valid driving license that enables you to drive in the UK
We are for a range of clients with varying health conditions including the following:
- Tracheostomy
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Ventilators
- Mental health
- Epilepsy
- Brain Injury
